HOW DO I SHOP ON EWELRY&CO.?
You may discover the new collection on our homepage.
On the JEWELRY page, you can apply filters for color, price, collection, product type, and style.
You can also go to the COLLECTIONS page to see the products in their universe.
When you have chosen the pieces you would like to purchase, select your size (if needed) press add to cart, then select quantity.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Click on the icon on the top right-hand corner, and click on "Create Account" with your email address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 min. After those 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
It can happen that a product is out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can reach us through our live chat and one of our Dedicated Advisors will assist you in the process.
CAN I GET MY PURCHASE GIFT WRAPPED?
All items are shipped in EWELRY&CO. signature packaging. You can also add our branded shopping bag to your order for an additional charge.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
EWELRY&CO. is dedicated to slow fashion, carefully crafting each piece of jewelry with attention to detail.
Made from real S925 sterling silver, our products are nickel-free, lead-free, and comply with REACH standards. Safe for sensitive skin, they are tested by certified third-party institutions.
We use a unique ceramic coating, adding an additional layer that enhances durability by 30-40% compared to other products on the market, ensuring that each piece lasts longer and retains its beauty for years.
Additionally, our jewelry features 18K rose gold or yellow gold plating for a luxurious, long-lasting finish.
Stones used are zirconia, spinel, synthetic ruby, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, nacre, and freshwater pearls.
Components vary from one product to another, ensuring unique designs for every piece.
Each creation is made for both elegance and longevity.
CAN 925 SILVER JEWELRY CAUSE ALLERGY?
None of our products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials.

HOW LONG IS THE LIFESPAN OF THE JEWELRY?
Each piece of jewelry at EWELRY&CO. is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans in our own workshops. Our stones are set by hand using advanced high jewelry techniques to ensure the highest quality.
Thanks to specialized surface treatments, our jewels are guaranteed for 2 years under normal use. However, exposure to impacts, harsh chemicals, or improper handling may cause quicker wear.

Products are delivered within 3-5 days.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON EWELRY&CO.?
Free shipping is available for orders of €95 or more.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities. All EWELRY&CO. online purchases require a signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be temporarily held at a local FedEx station near you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
EWELRY&CO. will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You can use this number to track your order on the website of FedEx (www.fedex.com) or here.
If you log in online to your EWELRY&CO. Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address. You will need to contact FedEx directly in your country.
Please note that FedEx may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched. FedEx will not accept any change of address in a different country.
EWELRY&CO. will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN MULTIPLE TIMES?
Our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure fast delivery, we prioritize shipping readily available products first. As a result, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive an email notifying you of each shipment.

PAYMENTS
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
EWELRY&CO. accepts the following types of payment for online purchases: Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay.
When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will be redirected back to EWELRY&CO.
IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY CODE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online. For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number.
For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover…): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SALES TAX?
All prices displayed online on EWELRY&CO. are tax-inclusive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS EWELRY&CO. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
Returning an item couldn't be easier!
Products purchased on EWELRY&CO. can be exchanged or returned online within 30 days of the delivery date.
For orders placed between Nov 18 - Dec 24, 2025, the exchange and return policy is extended until Jan 18, 2026.
We accept products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and are accompanied by the original EWELRY&CO. packaging and tag.
Please note that shipping and bank handling fees from your original order are non-refundable. For returns, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
To exchange or return a product, please contact us via email with your order details. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more information on how to proceed.
WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE EXCHANGES OR RETURNED?
We will accept products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, as long as they are returned with the original EWELRY&CO. packaging and tag.
WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED?

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY!
If the product you received is faulty, please complete the exchange or refund request online using the return reason “faulty”. We will issue complimentary exchange or return.

Shipping instructions will be emailed to you as soon as your request is approved.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. The refund request will be processed within 9 business days after reception of the product.

HOW LONG ARE EWELRY&CO. NECKLACES?
Most of our necklaces have an adjustable length, between 42 cm and 65 cm.
HOW DO I KNOW MY EWELRY&CO. BRACELET SIZE?
Most of our bracelets have an adjustable length, between 16 cm and 21 cm. For more information, visit our size guide page.

WARRANTY
WHAT IS EWELRY&CO. WARRANTY?
We guarantee our jewels with a 2-year international warranty on every product. Customers with valid proof of purchase are eligible for a complimentary product replacement.
However, the warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the jewels for example; but are not limited to, surface scratches, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse.
Color-fading under normal wear and tear on colored items (gold and rose gold) is covered by warranty within one year of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY 2-YEAR WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED?
If your 2-year warranty has expired, unfortunately, we are unable to offer assistance with replacements under the warranty terms.
However, we would be happy to provide recommendations or connect you with our team for further support if needed.
